Return Process

  Ensure your gym sets are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop your package off at any authorized UK courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
